Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex provides an exhilarating and educational experience of the Space Program. you'll spend 2 hours tops in the center.Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral Info & Attractions if you are a group of adults and don't mind paying the admission, just see the tram tour and take a quick walk around the museum. i highly recommend going if you have children. the whole place looked like a big chuck e. there was an interactive area where you could land a shuttle like an airplane, look up the biographies of astronauts, and do other video-game-like space things. ![]() the center is really geared more towards children. or having simulators that let you experience something space-like or trying an activity that astronauts do during their training. i was expecting to see more authentic exhibits like seeing real moon rocks or something like that. unfortunately, other than that, i wasn't too impressed with the rest of the museum. the tram tour was really interesting and i loved seeing the mission control room and experiencing that piece of history. the tram also stops at a hangar that houses a shuttle- saturn V, i think. there was only one tour and it went to the building that houses the original mission control room and another building where the astronauts train. we didn't get a choice of tours (other than the special behind-the-scenes tour for $79). the biggest apparent change was the tour. i don't know if there's a different price for weekdays vs. first of all, admission was only $18 and since i had printed the online coupon, i paid only $16 +tax. I just went to the space center last week (thursday, june 14) with a couple of friends and it seems that a few things have changed since the last comments were posted even though they were only a few months ago.
